Now Hiring: Temporary Full-Time Recruiter – Join a Growing Industry Leader

📍 Location: On-site | Phoenix, AZ

🕒 Schedule: 40 hours/week | 6-month assignment (Potential to convert to permanent)

💲 Pay Rate: $30-$35/hr

They’re expanding their Phoenix team and looking for a motivated Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment such as manufacturing, retail, fulfillment, or logistics.

Your Role

As a Temporary Full-Time Recruiter, you’ll play a key role in finding and hiring top talent that supports ongoing growth. You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle and make an immediate impact by building strong teams.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
• Post jobs, source candidates, and engage top talent through creative outreach
• Conduct phone screens and schedule interviews
• Coordinate offers, pre-employment processes, and onboarding steps
• Maintain and update the ATS (applicant tracking system)
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish
• Stay up to date on hiring trends in the manufacturing and distribution sectors

What You Bring

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in manufacturing, logistics, or industrial settings
• Experience hiring blue-collar or skilled trade roles is a major plus
• Familiarity with ATS tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• A passion for helping people find great careers
