Nutritious Lifestyles is seeking a motivated and adaptable Recruiter—RDN credential strongly preferred—to join our Orlando office! This is not your typical 9-to-5 role—you’ll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where creative problem-solving, quick thinking, and energy are key.

Whether you’re a Registered Dietitian with hands-on recruiting experience or have a background in nutritional sales, your skills are valued here.

Qualifications

• 1+ year Healthcare recruiting experience required
• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) strongly preferred
• Licensed Dietitian (LD) also considered
• Sales or marketing experience a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates quickly and effectively
• Create and post compelling job ads to attract top talent
• Manage Applicant Tracking Software efficiently
• Coordinate calls and interviews with urgency and care
• Work closely with the Recruitment team, Scheduling Coordinator, and VPO
• Prepare and present new hire offer letters promptly
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
• Support recruiting events, advertising, and social media campaigns
• Provide rotating weekend coverage as needed
