Receptionist - Per Diem

Join our team as a Receptionist at Mystic Healthcare , a 100-bed, family-owned skilled nursing facility in scenic Mystic, CT! As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you'll greet guests, answer phones, support administrative needs, and help ensure smooth front-desk operations. This per diem day-shift role is perfect for someone seeking flexible hours in a warm, supportive environment.

Shift: Days

Receptionist Duties

• Greet and assist visitors, residents, families, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner
• Answer incoming calls, direct callers, take messages, and manage voicemail as needed
• Maintain accurate listings of resident room numbers, emergency contacts, and key facility information
• Operate phones, computers, copiers, and other office equipment
• Provide general administrative support, including ordering supplies and organizing documents
• Help maintain an organized, welcoming reception area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English
• Ability to lift, push, pull, or move up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable working around cleaning products and general facility operations
• Strong customer service skills and a positive, professional demeanor
