About the role

We buy properties and sell them to investor buyers. When a new deal comes in, you help out and keeping the day-to-day operations running smoothly. If you like fast pace, clear wins, and making money you'll love this seat.

What you'll do

Deal support

  • Launch new deals quickly: gather photos/details, create a clean marketing packet, and send to our buyer list.
  • Coordinate showings and handle basic buyer questions via (phone/text/email).
  • Track offers and timelines; keep everyone informed; nudge deals to the closing table.
  • Submit contracts to title/escrow and follow up on milestones through funding.

Admin & operations

  • Own inbox triage and scheduling; draft clean, on-brand emails and updates.
  • Prepare documents for e-signature; organize files; keep our CRM accurate.
  • Keep simple reports up to date (spreadsheets, weekly scorecards).
  • Vendor coordination: photographers, lockboxes, basic field errands (as needed).
  • Light marketing tasks: update property posts, simple one-pagers (Canva), send list blasts.
  • Pitch in with acquisitions or special projects when deal flow is light.

You're a great fit if you

  • Are organized and detail-obsessed (files right, names right, dates right).
  • Are comfortable on the phone and can build quick rapport with buyers, sellers, and title.
  • Enjoy solving problems and checking things off a list.
  • Find new technology easy to learn and use

Nice to have: experience in investment real estate, title/escrow or transaction coordination, simple design (Canva), basic bookkeeping/AP, SMS/email marketing tools.

Schedule & work style

  • Be in office and ready to support the team by 8:30am
  • Occasional after-hours check-ins and comms when deals need it
  • Occasional out in the field work, like signs and lockboxes

Compensation & benefits

  • Comp: Base salary + per-deal bonuses for closed transactions (uncapped).
  • Example posting format: 50k Base + Bonuses; OTE $(60,00090,000)+ depending on volume/performance.
