Project Manager with one of our clients. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to lead large-scale, cross-enterprise projects in a dynamic and complex environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large, cross-functional projects with clarity and efficiency.
• Navigate complex organizational structures, creating frameworks to drive project success.
• Engage and collaborate with executives and stakeholders across all levels.
• Apply best practices in project management to ensure timely and effective delivery.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience , with at least 3 years leading enterprise-level projects .
• Proven ability to manage ambiguity and create structure within complex organizations.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification .
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders and decision-makers.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with the California Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) process .
• Agile project management expertise.
• Based in Sacramento, CA .
