We’re actively seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Public Relations Assistant to join our fast-growing marketing and communications team!

This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in PR, event coordination, and brand communications while working on live promotional campaigns for nationally recognized brands . No prior PR experience is required — we provide full training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of PR campaigns, community outreach events, and brand activations
• Represent clients at trade shows, live events, and public promotions, engaging directly with attendees
• Deliver key brand messages in a clear, professional, and engaging way
• Assist with event logistics, including setup, on-site coordination, and teardown
• Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
• Collect data and report on audience engagement and campaign results
• Participate in regular team meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions

Qualifications

• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident engaging with the public and representing brands face-to-face
• Reliable, punctual, and professional in presentation
• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
• Positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or events is a plus but not required
