Our client, a leading manufacturer in the production industry, is seeking Production Operators to join their team. As a Production Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Production Operator

Location: Ballston Spa, NY

Pay Range: 18/hour

Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd available

What's the Job?

• Operate and monitor production equipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes.
• Maintain accurate records of production output and quality checks.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
