About the Role

The IoT Product Manager will oversee Hayward’s IoT product strategy, ensuring seamless integration across software, hardware, cloud platforms, and mobile apps. The role requires matrix management across marketing, engineering, operations, and market development teams, reporting to the Director of Connected Products.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead IoT product strategy, including expanding the IoT ecosystem.
• Collaborate with other product managers to integrate IoT capabilities.
• Manage product pipeline, from design to market, focusing on UI/UX for both consumers and professionals.
• Develop 3-year business plans, including market analysis, revenue goals, and product development strategies.
• Represent Hayward as an IoT industry expert.
• Drive product line marketing, including domestic and international efforts, and lead new product launches.
• Oversee pricing strategy, forecasting, and budgeting for the product line.
• Champion new IoT product development, ensuring on-time, on-budget launches.
• Collaborate with marketing to create effective promotional plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of product management or engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business management or engineering.

Required Skills

• Experience in new product development, UI/UX design, and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong project management, data analytics, and strategic planning skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams, customers, and executives.
