Responsibilities Own the end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Programmable Voice Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Sales Engineering, to address customer needs Develop observability tooling to enhance developer experiences in conversational voice AI Create interfaces for the consumption of call metadata Write requirements for software features or solutions tailored to customer needs Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a modern technology company Experience with high-volume analytics tools, software, or platforms Proficient in writing SQL queries and handling big data sets Strong understanding of technical, analytical, and UI/UX design principles Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written Preferred Qualifications Experience in the conversational AI space, particularly with voice interactions Familiarity with media communication technologies, including real-time audio and video Understanding of distributed systems and cloud-scale architectures Background in Agile/SCRUM development processes with globally-distributed teams Knowledge of telephony and high-volume communications infrastructure
