Hey there! Roto-Rooter is looking for a full-time Plumbing Field Supervisor to lead our team in Beaumont, TX. This full-time position offers a salary of $55,000–$70,000/year , plus bonuses and great benefits like:

ABOUT THIS PLUMBING FIELD SUPERVISOR ROLE

This is a full-time plumber position with flexible shifts, including 8-hour and 10-hour days , along with participation in an on-call rotation. As the Plumbing Field Supervisor, your day will focus on leading a team of technicians to deliver excellent service. You'll review daily jobs with your team, assigning work based on skills and urgency. You'll coach team members, monitor their performance, and provide support during service calls. You'll also conduct site visits, inspect vehicles and equipment, and address customer concerns quickly. Alongside these tasks, you'll manage plumber schedules, approve timesheets, calculate project pay, and ensure the team has the training they need to excel.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A PLUMBING FIELD SUPERVISOR

• 2+ years of service plumbing experience, with extensive knowledge of both residential and commercial plumbing systems
• Experience in key service plumbing and excavation sales processes, including sewer replacements, hydro jetting, trenchless repairs, tankless water heaters, and softening systems
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and foster company growth
