Part-Time (with potential to transition to Full-Time)
Pay:
Pharmacist in Charge: $55–$70 per hour (based on experience)
Pharmacy Technician: $20–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview:
Prime Pharmacy, an independently owned retail pharmacy located in Santa Monica, is looking for both a Pharmacist in Charge and a Pharmacy Technician to join our team immediately. Both positions start part-time and may transition into full-time roles as the business grows.
We are located inside a UCLA medical building and use DigitalRx software exclusively — familiarity with this platform is required.
Open Positions:
Pharmacist in Charge – Part-Time to Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily pharmacy operations and compliance
Supervise and support pharmacy staff
Manage inventory, ordering, and audits
Communicate with prescribers and patients
Operate DigitalRx software
Requirements:
Active California Pharmacist License
Independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred
Must have experience with DigitalRx
Must be reliable and ready to start immediately
Pharmacy Technician – Part-Time to Full-Time
Responsibilities:
Assist pharmacist with prescription workflow
Verify insurance and patient information
Manage inventory and restocking
Operate DigitalRx software for processing
Requirements:
Active California Pharmacy Technician License
Experience with DigitalRx required
Independent pharmacy experience preferred
Able to start immediately
