This position performs human resources duties that include review of counseling and disciplinary documentation and providing consultation and advice to departmental managers/supervisors and guiding them through all stages of the progressive discipline process. The Personnel Management Consultant also builds working relationships with staff in the Labor Relations and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Office.
