Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Patient Services Associate to join our team. As a vital member of our front office, you will be the first point of contact for patients and play a key role in delivering a welcoming, seamless experience from check-in to check-out. You’ll support scheduling, insurance verification, data entry, and administrative functions, ensuring all patient interactions are handled professionally and efficiently. This position requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

The Dental Patient Services Associate (PSA) serves as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience. This role is responsible for accurately registering patients, verifying demographic and insurance information, scheduling appointments, and assisting patients with accessing health services. The PSA plays a key role in supporting patient satisfaction while maintaining compliance with all regulatory and organizational policies.
