Automotive Parts counter person Serra Automotive, an owner of 55 dealerships nationwide, is seeking an Automotive Parts counter person for Serra Toyota Team. Founded in 1973, Serra Automotive is the 12th largest Dealer Group in the United States ranked by sales volume. Based in Fenton, Michigan, Serra is comprised of 55 dealerships in 7 states and represents 67 automotive franchises throughout its 23 campuses. Serra generated nearly $3.4 Billion of revenue in 2022. Candidate must have a great attitude, be able to multitask during busy times and willing to be a part of a successful team. Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish
• Answer phone calls, provide price quotes and other information to customer
• Provide high level service to both internal and external customers
• Pull/fill orders from stock and maintain weekly bin checks to ensure accuracy of stock
• Insure all internal requests for parts are billed on service repair orders
• Provide high level service to both internal and external customers

Qualifications

• Prior dealership parts experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to complete tasks while working independently
• Availability to work on Saturday
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
