Manages campus transportation and parking enforcement and event operations. Ensures the accuracy and timeliness of ticket issuance, occupancy data, and event facilitation. Leads the field team, including student, part-time, and full-time employees. Hires, trains, and conducts performance evaluations for employees, as well as providing ongoing training, feedback, support, scheduling, and payroll.
Department Specific Essential Job Functions:
Provides direction and leadership to Transportation & Parking Services (TPS) concerning the areas of enforcement, lot occupancy, and event parking. Demonstrates and leads a customer-focused enforcement and events team. Report issues, concerns, and feedback to the Assistant Director and Director.

Qualifications/Experience Required:
Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of recent management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires work experience that provides knowledge of and exposure to job-related theories, principles, and concepts. Requires the application of expertise in the chosen field to achieve resultsappropriate professional accomplishments and credentials.
Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and be able to operate a typical motor vehicle.
Qualifications/Experience Preferred :
Experience in a higher education environment Conflict Resolution experience Demonstrated excellence in customer service skills Displayed sensitivity of intercultural communication Tremendous interpersonal skills Parking Enforcement experience License Plate Recognition Software experience or familiarity Experience with new technologies and implementation, including system maintenance.
