Job Description
Help support classroom learning and student development in a school setting. This contract position provides an opportunity to work directly with students and contribute to their educational success.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
Classroom or child care experience preferred
High school diploma or GED (higher education a plus)
Ability to maintain structure and manage behavior support tasks
Comfortable assisting students with various academic or behavioral needs
Strong organizational and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide instructional support alongside certified educators
Work with students individually or in small groups
Assist with implementing learning strategies and accommodations
Support teachers with classroom preparation and organization
Monitor student safety and engagement during school hours
Make a direct impact in a student's daily learning experience.
