Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or related field preferred
Experience working with children or adolescents
Effective communication and organizational skills
Ability to follow established routines and instructional guidance

Provide individualized attention to students as directed
Monitor student behavior and promote engagement
Support lesson implementation and prepare materials
