Job Title: Office Administrator

Job Type: Part-time, 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

What You Will Do

• Assist with daily office administration and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth office operations
• Manage office supplies, order new stock, and coordinate with vendors
• Schedule and organize meetings, appointments, and company events
• Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation for HR, finance, and general office use
• Assist with onboarding new employees and other HR-related administrative support
• Run occasional errands and drive for office-related needs (deliveries, pickups, etc.)
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment
• Support team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in office administration, assistant, or similar role preferred
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite / Google Workspace
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable driving for office errands
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a plus
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Friendly and positive attitude, with a willingness to assist team members as needed
