Non CDL Delivery Driver- Black River Produce at Performance Foodservice summary:

A Non CDL Delivery Driver at Black River Produce is responsible for timely delivery and unloading of products to customers, occasionally collecting payments. The role requires a valid non-commercial driver's license, physical ability to handle freight up to 90 pounds, and adherence to safety and company standards. The position supports foodservice distribution to various clients including restaurants, healthcare, and schools, ensuring customer satisfaction through reliable delivery service.

Job Description:

Position Summary:
A Van Driver is responsible for delivering, unloading, and may collect payment for product sold to customers and other duties as assigned.

Schedule:
Tuesday - Saturday
Start time between 6 & 8am
8-10 hours a day (40 hours weekly)

• Delivering, unloading, and may collect payment for product sold to customers.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualification:

High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent Experience
• 6-12 Months professional driving/delivery experience, touch freight or related area.
(Customized and Specialty)
• Valid non-commercial driver's license
• Meet all State licensing and/or certification requirements
(where applicable)
• Must be 21 years of age
• Clean Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) for past 3 years
• Pass pre-employment drug test
• Pass road test
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight throughout shift; product generally ranges from approximately 60 to 90 pounds, depending on the location
