Job Description

Take the next step in your career as our new Netflix Customer Service Advisor (Remote) to follow safety procedures and company policies, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, and provide excellent service to customers and team members. Other duties include support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, adapt to shifting priorities and business needs, assist with processing returns and exchanges, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with assist with organizing, stocking, and general upkeep, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, work collaboratively across teams and departments, maintain accurate records and documentation. To excel in this position, you should have a willingness to learn and adapt, good communication skills, reliability and strong work ethic, basic computer literacy, a positive and cooperative attitude, and the ability to follow directions.
