Overview What you’ll do at Persona? At Persona, motion design transforms the complex world of Identity into clear, engaging experiences across our website, product videos, tradeshow screens, interactive ads, and inside our products. As our brand evolves, motion will be a cornerstone of our design language. Working with the Brand Studio team, you’ll help define that system and bring it to life across product animations, long-form videos, tradeshow graphics, advertising, our website, apps and beyond. This role requires a high level of collaboration and the ability to manage multiple projects of different scopes at once. It is a perfect opportunity to think about motion as a system from the ground up, creating real impact in shaping the brand. Responsibilities Help define Persona’s motion vision across all surfaces, building clear guidelines for internal teams and external partners Partner with the design team to concept, animate, and deliver projects ranging from large-scale programs to quick prototypes Elevate design standards within the brand team and influence how brand is expressed both internally and externally Foster a culture of craft, feedback, and collaboration across the team Deepen your understanding of Persona’s brand and play a key role in its evolution Qualifications A strong motion portfolio that clearly demonstrates concept, strong design fundamentals and an understanding of audiences and their motivations. 5+ years of motion-focused experience (agency or in-house a plus) Passion for building and evolving cohesive visual systems, with an eye for detail A proactive, collaborative mindset—able to self-start projects and keep the team in the loop Comfortable in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects and timelines Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence speaking to all aspects of your work Fluent in creating production-ready files with industry standard tools such as After Effects, Cinema4D, Blender, Lottie and Figma. Experience with code-based motion languages such as WebGL is a plus. As a note, the design team works primarily with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Notion. Compensation & Benefits This salary range is the estimated base salary range. Base salaries are just one component of the total compensation package and are determined by a number of factors such as years of experience, expertise, qualifications and more. In addition to base salary, we offer competitive equity packages that play a big part in recognizing you for the huge impact you will have on helping us achieve our mission.
