Job Overview Our team is looking for an outstanding Motion/3D Production Designer to join its 30 strong creative team – working on some of the biggest product brands in the world. This important role is within a dynamic and ambitious digital‑mindful team made up of art directors, designers, copywriters and producers who all work together on developing consumer brand marketing creative that turns heads and drives business forward. The candidate will have a huge passion for their area of expertise, as well as a finger on the pulse of brand and visual pop culture. This important role is within a dynamic and ambitious Creative Studio team and is focused on motion, 3D, and Figma design production. Projects will range from longer lead to quick turn. Therefore, we are seeking a production designer who is extremely detail‑orientated with proactive skills to assist with short‑notice tasks as well as much larger campaign projects for a variety of key channels including web, social, retail & events. Details Create high resolution static & motion marketing assets based on input from Art Directors, Creative Directors, Product Marketing & Product design teams. Update existing static & motion creative assets based on creative direction from executives, product marketing, retail, PR, creative directors, art directors, & producers. Create & assemble Figma, PowerPoint and PDF files to share final creative guidance for executive presentations & agencies. If time, help brainstorm new ideas daily to match concepts & creative direction. Participate in asset reviews for design executions not originating from the Creative Studio. Candidate Responsibilities Take initial direction from Creative Director, Creative Lead team Designers & Producers for all design tasks & project reviews. Complete projects with little guidance after initial direction via organizational & time management skills. Contribute to the creative process by proactively involving yourself with all aspects of studio creative asset development from brainstorming, concept expansion, sketching ideas, storyboarding, draft assets, review, & delivery of final print ready assets. Other duties as assigned. Candidate Requirements 4 years creative experience designing and editing print/video materials or related industry experiences; preferably on an agile team in a fast‑paced reactive development environment. Heavy focus on being ok with a head‑down production asset completion approach with great communication skills. Detailed oriented PC design skills. Understanding of type & layout skills are essential for success in this position including in‑built attention to details such as balance, kerning, visual hierarchy, & color sensibilities. Ability to design in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as PowerPoint, Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Detailed oriented design skills with clear, concise, and specific follow through on all action items resulting from meetings and/or directions from the studio producers, creative directors, and art directors. Being able to demonstrate the ability to quickly come up to speed with new projects is an absolute must with the ability to not get flustered with short‑notice project completion requests. The ability to balance multiple projects with short deadlines is a must. Therefore, strong interpersonal communication and cross‑team collaboration skills with the proven ability to work with & build win‑win relationships with creative teams (e.g., graphic and video production artists), technical people (e.g., developers), & Producers alike. When conflicts occur, you provide quick examples to support questions without delaying project timelines. A high level of enthusiasm, ingenuity, self‑motivation, resourcefulness, & drive for results in a fast‑paced competitive space.
