Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Developer

Location: Long Island City, Queens, NY

Duration: Indefinite / Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions.
• Develop solutions on the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages and Dataverse.
• Collaborate with technical team in understanding business requirements and translate them into D365 solutions.
• Collaborate with technical team in translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM or Power Platform components.
• Develop custom plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and integrations with external systems and databases (e.g., ERP, vendor systems, Project Management, SharePoint, SQL Server, etc.).
• Collaborate with and support QA/UAT efforts to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Configure model-driven apps, develop canvas apps, Dataverse entities, forms, views, dashboards, and role-based security.
• Deliver robust solutions that fit user requirements, are maintainable, scalable, highly responsive, and user-friendly.
• Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting CRM solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), Dataverse, and Azure Services.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems (e.g., ERP, finance, contract management).
• Solid understanding of ALM processes, solution management, DevOps, and CI/CD in D365 environments.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, PL-600) are preferred.
