Job Description We are seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solutions Developer (Hybrid Onsite) for a full-time, direct hire role with one of our partners in Charlotte, NC. This role requires working onsite 3 days a week and 2 days remotely. Overview: This D365 Solutions Developer will play a key role on an IT team responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CE and Azure solutions. You will collaborate with the scrum team to improve user experience for applicants and clients, and find innovative ways to leverage technology internally and externally. Responsibilities: Code, test, debug, and document software solutions using best practices and standards. Configure and develop software solutions. Implement, customize, and configure D365 and Azure solutions. Collaborate with team members to integrate app components based on user specifications. Review your own code for quality and participate in code reviews. Diagnose and troubleshoot existing solutions and resolve issues promptly. Communicate updates and issues across channels affecting other project areas. Participate in Scrum meetings to brainstorm solutions for business requirements. Ensure security best practices are followed throughout the solutions. Discover and implement innovative technologies for a competitive advantage. Work with onsite and offshore teams to deliver complete solutions. Generate ideas to increase business, improve customer service, and reduce costs. Requirements: Experience implementing and customizing Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365. 3+ years of experience with cloud-based solutions. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Customer Engagement applications, including other MS Dynamics modules. Proficiency with .NET, C#, and JavaScript libraries. Experience extending and integrating Dynamics 365 apps. Ability to create innovative solutions to complex business requirements and automate processes. Experience developing Canvas Apps, Model-Driven apps, Power Pages, and Portals. Experience with SDK and third-party tools for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Apps. Experience developing custom connectors for APIs. Designing and delivering enterprise-level highly available solutions. Relevant D365 certifications are a plus. Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, source control, and deployment automation. Strong understanding of Dataverse architecture, security, permissions, and ALM. Working knowledge of Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and project management tools. Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, SAML, and Active Directory. Proven track record of meeting SLAs and customer expectations. Experience with system design, governance, project management, and architecture principles. Ability to handle confidential data. Willingness to work directly with customers for feedback and problem-solving. Experience with Power Virtual Agents and Bots is a plus. Self-motivated, organized, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
