Duties

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the benefits of our technology offerings.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
• Collaborate with the inside sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for client accounts.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to effectively position our products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Track sales activities, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and report on progress towards sales goals.

Skills

• Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or related fields.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
• Experience in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Familiarity with inside sales processes is a plus.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
• Proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to learn about new products and services.
