Meeting and Event Planner Location San Francisco, CA (Potrero Hill area) :

Inclusively is partnering with a voice, video, and text communication service company to hire a Meeting and Event Planner.

What you'll be doing

  • Source, coordinate, and support all corporate on-site and off-site team meetings and groups, including all travel and accommodation
  • Conduct onsite inspections of hotels and venues, present recommended options for food, travel, and experience
  • Manage budgets and track expenses
  • Compile and distribute necessary meeting materials, both physically and digitally
  • Partner with managers and the Admin team to plan productive team on-sites
  • Coordinate with other Workplace functions, such as Workplace Ops, Facilities, IT, Procurement, and Travel vendors to support our on-site meeting goals and ensure smooth event execution
  • Evaluate and improve meeting planning processes, conducting retro meetings and using data to improve future event

You'll thrive in this role if

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, event planning, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate meeting and event planning
  • Autonomous but willing to partner with internal and external team members
  • Finger on the pulse of current trends in corporate meetings and willingness to advise senior staff on recommendations
  • Local to the Bay Area and willing to travel as-needed (no more than 25%)
  • Proficient in Google, Microsoft, and CVent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $109,000.00 - $117,000.00 per year
