Express Employment Professionals - Laguna Hills is seeking Medical Device Assemblers for a Medical Device company located in San Clemente CA.

This is an eval to hire opportunity and the pay is $20-22/hr.

Shift: 1st: 6am-2:30pm and 2nd: 3pm-11:30pm

Position Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Manufacturing Technicians to support the production of Class III implantable ophthalmic medical devices. This role is vital in assembling precision components and systems to the highest quality and regulatory standards. You will work closely with engineering and quality teams, performing critical fabrication, inspection, testing, and documentation tasks to ensure safe, effective products for patients worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble implantable Class III ophthalmic devices.
• Perform and document component inspection and cleaning processes.
• Fabricate and inspect subassemblies, top-level assemblies, and packaging in accordance with SOPs and DHRs.
• Accurately record all required data and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Experience:

Technician I: 1–3 years of experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment; experience with medical devices.

• Clean room and microscope experience needed.
• Skills & Attributes: - Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Familiarity with quality systems and regulated environments
  • Ability to follow SOPs and quality procedures
  • Team-oriented with effective communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed
