Marketing Manager job at The Beauty Institute Philadelphia, PA, US

Job Description

We are a multi-campus cosmetology school in the Philadelphia metropolitan area. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (remote position). You’ll be responsible for lead generation and branding.

Responsibilities:

Oversee lead generation across social media, company websites, and other advertisement platforms
Monitor performance metrics across SEO, paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads), Social Media, and CRM
Meet goals for leads, with weekly reporting on performance metrics
Help identify, select and manage marketing agencies/vendors to ensure implementation and performance
Monitor reviews/comments on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms
Generate ideas for marketing campaigns
Manage our CRM (Velocify)
Manage budgets for marketing campaigns
Direct Social Media strategies
Help Build and Maintain Websites as needed
Assist with various projects

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant digital marketing experience
Analytical and detailed oriented
Strategic thinking: ability to see the big picture and come up with solutions
Enthusiasm and persistence: exhibit passion and energy and has a can-do attitude. Follow through on tasks and goals
Strong computer, reporting, and communication skills
