Designing and optimizing proteins takes a lot of expert knowledge and manual effort, through the use of custom computational and biological tools./ppMachine learning is revolutionising this space, by enabling high-fidelity protein models. At Cradle, we offer a software platform for AI-guided discovery and optimization of proteins, so that biologists can design proteins faster and at scale. We are already used by clients across pharma, biotech, agritech, foodtech, and academia./ppWere an experienced team of roughly 60 people. You will manage the end-to-end logistics and occasionally attend industry conferences, brand activations, and thought-leadership gatherings to ensure everything runs smoothly and Cradle is represented at its best. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on detail-oriented coordination and enjoys collaboration, curiosity, and impact./ppYour responsibilities will include:/ppEvent Operations Logistics/pulliCoordinate logistics for industry conferences, trade shows, and hosted events, including registration, travel, shipping, and setup./liliManage vendor relationships (venues, catering, AV, design, print) to ensure seamless execution./liliEnsure seamless coordination across global time zones and complex multi-city travel schedules./liliHandle last-minute changes with proactive problem-solving./li/ulpMarketing Alignment/pulliCollaborate with the marketing team to align event strategy with broader brand and campaign goals./liliCoordinate production of branded collateral, promotional materials, and digital assets./liliTrack event ROI, gather attendee feedback, and provide post-event reports with recommendations./li/ulpOn-Site Attendance/pulliFor key events provide hands-on coordination and problem-solving./liliEnsure speakers, executives, and team members have the materials, schedules, and support they need to succeed./liliAct as the primary point of contact during events for staff, vendors, and partners./li/ulpYour qualifications must include:/ppMust-haves/pulli2-4 years of professional experience in event coordination roles./liliExceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously/liliStrong attention to detail and proactive problem-solving mindset/liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliProficiency with calendar and project management software tools (e.g. Linear, Asana, Cvent, Microsoft)/liliComfort working in a fast-paced startup environment with fast-changing priorities/li/ulpNice-to-haves/pulliBackground or experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or life sciences industries/liliExperience with CRM systems (Hubspot)/liliFamiliarity with website content management systems/li/ulpA notice about recruitment scams: Please be aware that scammers are posing as us in order to get your personal details or money.
