The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration, integration, and deployment across complex programs. * Design, configure, and implement SAP OTC solutions in line with business requirements. * Work with business stakeholders to gather Order to Cash needs and translate them into functional specifications. * Integrate SAP SD with other SAP modules such as MM, Finance, EWM, and third-party logistics systems. * Support the full project lifecycle from blueprinting and realization to go-live and post-go-live support. * Provide expertise on Master Data (including Material and Business Partner), Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Rebates and aATP processes. * Provide expertise on integration with other Order Management applications such as Salesforce, 3PL systems * Conduct system testing, user training, and support user acceptance testing (UAT). * Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal business disruption. * Document system configurations, processes, and user procedures.
