Job Description Scope: The Contractor must have experience providing high-level Management Consulting services to both State and Federal clients. The coverage spans the entire State of Florida, offering services to any agency that requests them. These services include expert advice, guidance, assistance, or counseling to support government clients' mission-driven activities, which may involve conducting studies, analyses, and preparing reports. The contractor will assist with development, consulting, or implementation efforts as needed. Management consulting services are provided statewide to government customers in response to RFQs. Service Categories Developing and consulting on strategies, visions, and operations. Project management. Program research, planning, and evaluations. Providing studies, analyses, scenarios, and reports on a business program or initiative. Executive/management coaching services. Customized training as needed to achieve a management consulting objective. Assistance with policy and regulation development. Assistance with process and productivity improvement. Expert witness services in support of litigation, claims, or other formal cases relating to management consulting. Advisory and assistance services relating to a business program or initiative. Planning and management relating to the oversight of information technology projects. Systems alignment and consolidation. Comprehensive grants management services related to the Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act and other related State and federal grant programs (applicable to federal funding). Other management consulting services related to the Service Categories described above, as agreed upon by Emerge and the acquiring government customer. Positions and Responsibilities Senior Level-Consultant: A minimum of ten (10) years of experience in management consulting duties. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Managing daily operations. Ensuring projects or services are completed on time and meet quality standards. Providing technical and subject matter expertise to fulfill government customer SOWs. Participating as a senior team member delivering high-level consulting services. Planning, organizing, and executing tasks to deliver projects or services successfully. Developing and defining strategic visions. Planning, directing, controlling, scheduling, coordinating, and organizing task management. Serving as the customer interface for fulfilling government customer SOWs. Holding authority and responsibility for executing government customer SOWs. Planning, organizing, and overseeing all subordinate work efforts. Ensuring quality standards and work performance on government customer SOWs. Organizing, directing, and managing support services. Consultants at Mid, Junior, and Senior levels: A minimum of three (5-10) years of experience in management consulting duties. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Applying administrative, consultative, and technical expertise to fulfill government customer SOWs. Planning, organizing, executing, and controlling project tasks to ensure the successful delivery of projects or services. Interacting daily with customers to ensure timely delivery. Applying broad management skills and technical expertise as a project leader. Providing solutions through analysis. Directing subordinates in completing task orders. Organizing, directing, and managing support services. Assigning tasks and overseeing projects or services under government customer SOWs. Leading activities to fulfill government customer SOWs. Training customer personnel through formal courses, workshops, or seminars. Employment Type 1099 – Contractor Compensation Senior Consultant: $140 – $185 per hour Consultant: $95 - $135 per hour Mid-Level Consultant: $90 - $110 Junior Consultant: $65 - $85 per hour Quarterly bonuses and commissions are offered for high performance and customer satisfaction.
