Job Overview:
The Service Technician plays a vital role in maintaining and repairing the physical elements of the property to meet the companys established standards and legal requirements. The position involves diagnosing and addressing issues in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall, exterior structures, and household appliances. The Service Technician also supports the Resident Service Director by assisting with preventative maintenance and ensuring the timely completion of apartment make-readies, while delivering high-quality customer service.
