GENERAL STATEMENT OF POSITION
Under general supervision, the Maintenance Technician I performs semi-skilled work in the daily and preventive care, repair, and maintenance of building systems and equipment; performs plumbing, electrical, roofing, flooring, masonry, painting, mechanical, and carpentry work. As a representative and team member of environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
Regular Full-Time. Non-Exempt. Sunday thru Thursday 7am to 3 pm.
Pay range $21.00 to $23 an hour. Depending on experience.
