At Percy, we’re building new ways to connect talented professionals with meaningful career opportunities at leading companies in the multifamily industry. We’re currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations across 300+ units in Fremont, NE.

This is a strong opportunity for a hands-on maintenance tech who wants to step up, own results, and make an immediate impact. You’ll guide a team of three, drive preventive maintenance, self-perform key repairs including HVAC installs, and help elevate two Class B+/A- communities with ownership committed to investing in improvements. Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day maintenance across 300+ units at two communities
• Supervise, train, and work alongside a team of 3 technicians
• Perform hands-on repairs and diagnostics, including furnace and AC replacements
• Manage work orders and preventive maintenance through computer-based systems
• Participate in an on-call rotation about one week every four weeks

Qualifications

• 3+ years of residential maintenance experience, with a track record of performance
• EPA Universal certification required and proven experience with furnace and AC installs
• Proficient in using computers for work orders, email, and basic reporting
• Comfortable leading a small team while staying hands-on and customer-focused
• Valid driver’s license and ability to support the on-call rotation every four weeks
