We're in search of a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team in Londonderry, NH. Around here, it's all about teamwork! Our machinists, engineers, and assemblers work side by side to bring ideas to life.

Location:

Corporate headquarters - Londonderry, New Hampshire with a manufacturing facility in Denmark. Our mixers and systems are sold world-wide and to some of the biggest name brands in the food and chemical industries!

Here's what we're looking for in our next Machinist:

  • Team up with fellow machinists and engineers to craft one-offs, prototypes, short runs, and repair projects that keep production rolling.
  • Jump between mills, lathes, and other machines, because variety is the name of the game (because doing the same thing each day is boring).
  • Collaborate to turn precise drawings or "hey, can you make this?" requests into real, high-quality parts that keep us moving forward.

You won't just be running machines, you'll be part of a tight-knit team that solves problems, shares laughs, and takes pride in creating precision work together.

Machinist Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Must be flexible enough to work in all areas of operations
  • Desire to learn programming of CNC controls, both G code and conversational
  • Understands blueprints, sketches, drawings, manuals, specifications, and/or sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances of finished work piece, sequence of operations, and setup requirements
  • Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions and reference points on material or workpiece as guides for subsequent machining
  • Select, align, and secure fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials.
  • Start and observe machine operation and adjust machine controls as needed
  • Verify conformance of finished workpiece to specifications
  • Set up and operate machine on trial run to verify the accuracy of machine settings or programmed control data

Machinist Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Confident with math and measuring tools
  • Proven quality control skills to ensure precision
  • Comfortable reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Physically able to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and stand for long periods of time
  • A true team player who collaborates well but can also work independently

Machinist Schedule: Full-time position. Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM For six months of the year (spring/summer), Admix operates on a 9/80 work schedule.
