ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a passionate Luxury Bridal Fashion Consultant to provide exceptional service to our clientele through a personalized selling approach, extensive product knowledge, and expert styling capabilities in both Bridal and Ready to Wear. This role is pivotal in personifying the Monique Lhuillier spirit, showcasing an in-depth understanding and effective communication of our brand image and products.

ABOUT YOU

• 3-5+ years of experience in a high-end luxury retail environment
• Proven track record of exceeding sales goals in fashion, with a transferable client base
• Familiarity with the special-order process from Point of Sale to Alterations
• A strong appreciation for the Monique Lhuillier brand in Bridal and Ready to Wear
• Ability to articulate garment fit and construction to clients with confidence
• Enjoy engaging with customers, showcasing a vibrant and positive demeanor
• Strong insight into client needs and expectations
• Project a professional and approachable image through personal demeanor
• Commitment to company policies while serving as a brand ambassador
• Adaptable and flexible, comfortable with change and new business requirements
• Eager to learn and grow, demonstrating excellent organizational skills
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with attention to detail
• Strong team spirit; ready to assist with any task, big or small
• Play a proactive role in creating a professional and enjoyable team atmosphere
• Competent in using Microsoft Office and other necessary computer systems
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends; Saturday availability is required
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Act as a true ambassador for Monique Lhuillier, focusing on creating romantic and memorable experiences for clients
• Meet and exceed sales objectives while discovering innovative methods to enhance sales and nurture client relationships
• Display keen attention to detail while efficiently multitasking in a dynamic environment
• Uphold the highest levels of customer service within the boutique at all times
• Encourage cross and up-selling across various product categories
• Seize opportunities to grow your client book, actively seeking to acquire new clients
• Maintain knowledge of current luxury market trends to engage clients
• Regularly update client information to foster business retention and growth
• Encourage open communication with team members, fostering collaboration and effective solutions
• Respond promptly and professionally to all client inquiries and requests

The expected hourly wage ranges from $23.00 to $31.00, which annualizes to approximately $47,840 - $64,480, plus a generous commission program. Pay rates may vary depending on experience, skills, and related knowledge.
