St. Luke's Health System is seeking a LPN / LVN for a job in Twin Falls, Idaho.

Night shift schedule: 7:00 pm – 7:00 am, self-scheduling, ~2 shifts per week (variable).
Differentials: $3.45/hour for night shifts, plus $1.45/hour for weekend shifts.
Small, collaborative team on a 14-bed inpatient rehab unit.
Typical patient assignment: 5–6 patients per LPN under the guidance of a charge RN.
Rehab-focused care: minimal IVs, no push meds—a perfect setting for LPNs.
Educator support with a tailored orientation and training plan to set you up for success.
New graduates welcome—this role offers the chance to grow your clinical skills and build strong patient relationships in an inpatient setting.
Primarily swing bed/rehab patients , with some inpatient and observation patients.
Graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
Current LPN license in the State of Idaho.
Current BLS (CPR) certification.
