Manpower is seeking a local contract Pharmacy Technician for a local contract job in Memphis, Tennessee.

Join a fast-paced, patient-focused team supporting pharmacy operations in a dynamic call center environment. This is an excellent opportunity for licensed Pharmacy Technicians who are passionate about customer service and healthcare. You’ll play a key role in ensuring patients receive timely medication refills and shipment coordination, while also supporting fulfillment operations.


Location: Memphis, TN
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (occasional overtime may be required)
Pay Rate: $19.00/hour
Employment Type: Contract assignment, potential for hire


Key Responsibilities
• Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve patient and provider inquiries efficiently and accurately
• Process medication refills and coordinate shipment schedules
• Assist with prescription fulfillment, packing, and order picking as needed
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
• Adapt to changing business needs with scheduling flexibility


What We’re Looking For
• Current, up-to-date resume
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the state of Tennessee
• At least one year of call center experience highly desired
• Healthcare or pharmacy experience strongly desired
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to type 35+ WPM
