*Litigation Attorney (10+ years)*

Atencio Hall, PLLC is a dynamic, full-service law firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, PA, with multi-state practices in energy & natural resources and commercial real estate, in addition to general corporate and commercial matters. We pride ourselves on collaboration and creativity to deliver practical, client-focused legal solutions.

We are seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to manage complex litigation matters, mentor team members, and contribute to the continued success of our firm.

*Requirements:*

· 10+ years of sophisticated litigation experience preferred

· Licensed attorney in good standing with Pennsylvania, Ohio and/or West Virginia

· Experience with commercial real estate, contract disputes, land use and zoning

· Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus

· Qualified candidates must have an excellent academic record, a dedicated work ethic, strong interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to work well with a team

· Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and ability to write in clear and concise manner

· Ability to work independently
