Cosmetologist / Hairstylist
PS SALON & SPA We are seeking a talented and passionate Cosmetologist to join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. We have 1500+ Salon & Spa locations across the US, all located within a Senior Living Environment.

- 2 days a week, Wednesdays and Fridays Only
- Valid active Cosmetology in this state
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
- 6-8 hour shifts

As a salon professional, "PS Pro", you will play a vital role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our senior clients through your expertise. Benefits And Compensation - 50% commission per service performed
- In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $32 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure.

Duties - Provide a wide range of cosmetology services which may include, but not limited to: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures and roller sets.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
Experience - Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
- Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
