As Autel Energy expands rapidly in Europe’s EV charging market, we are seeking a proactive and structured Legal Intern to support our growing operations in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and review commercial contracts (e.g., sales, distribution, service agreements, NDAs) and related legal documents
Conduct legal research and prepare corresponding reports or internal memoranda
Organize, archive, and maintain the company’s legal documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Support the legal team in daily operations, including processing legal invoices, and handling other administrative or ad-hoc legal tasks
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth progress on legal and compliance matters

What We’re Looking For

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Law (LL.M. or equivalent)
Excellent proficiency in German and English (working language)
Optional: proficiency in French or Chinese
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team spirit
Detail-oriented, responsible, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt

Preferred Profile

Prior experience in a corporate legal department or law firm
Interest in technology, automotive, or energy sectors
