Join our team as a Junior Project Manager! This is a remote position based out of IL, MN, NH, or NC. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing projects (CNC Machining, 3D printing, Sheet Metal Fabrication) for major clients, including 27% of Fortune 500 companies. Success requires an engineering or manufacturing background, strong organization, and a commitment to excellent customer experience. What You'll Do Collaborate with Sales and customers during quoting and production, ensuring timely fulfillment and clear communication. Monitor ongoing orders, identify potential issues, coordinate with teams, and keep customers informed. Use in-house software (ecommerce website, Freshdesk, Hubspot) to manage requests and communicate effectively. Build and maintain customer relationships, resolving issues collaboratively. Contribute to continuous improvement by translating client insights into actionable improvements. What It Takes 2-3 years in a fast-paced project management or customer success role supporting technical or manufacturing products. Understanding of manufacturing technologies or experience supporting complex products throughout their lifecycle. Ability to prioritize and meet strict deadlines while managing multiple projects. Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships. Strong analytical skills and ownership of resolving complex issues involving multiple stakeholders. What's in it for you? Salary range: $43,000 - $64,600 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
