Three Pillars Capital is a real estate private equity firm based of Houston, TX with over $600M+ in assets under management. We are a rapidly growing team and offer plenty of room for fast vertical advancement into upper management. You will work closely with upper management & ownership and be a part of the team.

We are searching for an interior designer to redesign our landscaping, exterior, gyms, pool areas and leasing office at our properties.

What Youll Be Doing

• Tour all the properties to understand what you are working on.
• Redesign the office space for a full remodeling and refurnishing.
• Enhance curb appeal with vibrant colors while also reducing the need for constant upkeep.
• Design gyms for each property. Or, redesign & upgrade gyms for properties that have gyms.
• Design empty courtyards to improve the overall look.

What Were Looking For

• 5+ years of design experience. You need to show us your portfolio when you apply for this job so that we can see what you are capable of.
• Strong communication skills
• A keen eye for design, creativity, and audience engagement
