Job Title: Inspector Packer
Pay Rate: $16/hr.
Shift: 6 AM- 2:30 PM

We are currently hiring Inspector Packers to join our fast-paced manufacturing team in Aurora, IL. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting and packing products to ensure quality standards are met before shipment. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work a rotating 12-hour schedule.
● Inspect finished products for quality, defects, or inconsistencies
● Pack products according to specifications and production goals
● Maintain a clean and organized workstation
● Accurately complete all required production and quality documentation
● Work safely and follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
● Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow
● Physically handle materials, including repetitive lifting and standing for extended periods
● Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required
● Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
● Comfortable working 12-hour rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
● Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
● Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
