Ability to draw high level conceptual diagrams to build a new IT infrastructure to include things like: hardware, software, compute, networks, etc. Basic IT Infrastructure security knowledge (i.e. firewalls, routers, physical hardware, software, etc.) Confluence and JIRA knowledge Involved and responsible for leading meetings regarding the UWE IT infrastructure, taking comprehensive notes and putting them onto a confluence page, strategically thinking about next steps and proposing them to team lead, updating JIRA schedules, creating decisions points within JIRA, putting together technical PPT slides, diagramming concepts, and overall supporting ad-hoc UWE tasks.
