Sizemore Inc. is hiring in Lexington, SC!

Shift: Varies (this is a floater role where the candidate will come in as someone calls out)

Rate: $14.75/hour

Must have: 2 + years of industrial housekeeping (warehouse setting)

Responsibilities:

Cleaning and Sanitization:

• Use specialized cleaning chemicals and equipment to clean and sanitize surfaces, floors, and equipment.
• Regularly collect and dispose of waste in designated containers.
• Operate cleaning machinery such as floor scrubbers, vacuums, and pressure washers.

Maintenance Reporting:

• Alert the site supervisor about any equipment or facility maintenance issues.
• Adhere strictly to safety protocols and procedures.

Routine Cleaning:

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks.
• Restock supplies as needed.

Compliance:

• Follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Prior experience in an industrial cleaning role is essential.

Safety Awareness:

• Ability to use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Independence and Teamwork:

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.

Physical Stamina:

• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Comfortable bending, stooping, and kneeling for extended periods.

Environment:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
