Are you an experienced HR Leader who thrives on driving change, developing people, and shaping organizational culture? We are seeking a Human Resources Manager to join our Executive Leadership Team and lead the charge in aligning HR strategy with business goals and enterprise-wide transformation.
In this role you will oversee a broad portfolio of strategic and operational responsibilities, including supervising the HR Generalist and serving as a key member of the 11-member Executive Team. You’ll lead enterprise-wide change initiatives and drive talent acquisition efforts to recruit high-performing A-players.
This role also involves analyzing engagement and retention data to develop impactful culture and performance initiatives, as well as designing and implementing compensation strategies that promote pay equity, transparency, and competitiveness across multiple states.
You will administer cost-effective benefits programs, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and update multi-state employee handbooks and policies that reflect evolving legal and organizational values. Additional responsibilities include leading internal investigations and conflict resolution, and developing scalable HR policies and learning programs such as leadership training, executive coaching and skills workshops.
