Hospice CNA job at University Home Care Inc Livonia, MI, US

Job Description

University Home Care Inc is seeking a full-time Hospice CNA with over one year of hospice experience. The ideal candidate will be compassionate, friendly, and dedicated to providing exceptional care to patients who are unable to help themselves. This role requires reliable transportation and willingness to drive to three or more counties we serve. Mileage will be reimbursed. Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care to hospice patients according to their individual care plans.
Assist patients with daily living activities as needed.
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
Travel to patient homes across multiple counties, ensuring timely and efficient care delivery.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided.

Requirements

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
Minimum of one year of hospice care experience.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel to multiple counties; mileage will be reimbursed.
Kind, friendly personality with a passion for helping others.

Benefits

Competitive hourly pay: $18.00 - $21.00
Mileage reimbursement for travel to patient locations.
