NOW HIRING ENTRY LEVEL CANDIDATES IN OTAY MESA! $17.50-$18/HR

Location - Otay Mesa, CA

Shift - 2nd and 3rd Shifts available

Pay Rate - $17.50/HR on 2nd, $18/HR on 3rd

Responsibilities - Will Train

• Operate and monitor production machinery for ear plug manufacturing.
• Perform basic inspections and machine adjustments.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure product standards are met.
• Follow safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Report equipment malfunctions or quality issues to supervisors.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• No prior manufacturing experience required – training will be provided.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to wear a respirator during shift.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $18.00/hr.
