Description We are looking for a passionate Health and Wellness Coach to join Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center in Brooklyn. As a Health and Wellness Coach, you will play a crucial role in promoting healthy lifestyles and empowering individuals to make positive changes in their overall well‑being. Monitor and track clients' progress towards their health goals. Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure integrated care for clients. Stay updated on the latest health and wellness trends and research. Promote health education and awareness in the community through outreach activities. Requirements: Passion for promoting health and wellness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of nutrition, exercise science, and behavior change techniques. Ability to motivate and inspire clients to make positive lifestyle changes. Certification in health coaching or related field is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
